1. Free Trial Sessions

Virtual Quran Academy offers 3 free trial sessions for prospective students. Free trial classes carry no financial obligation or requirement to provide payment details.

2. Class Attendance & Rescheduling

• Students are requested to arrive on time for scheduled 1-on-1 video sessions.
• If a student cannot attend a session, notice should be provided at least 4 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email to reschedule a makeup lesson.
• In the event a tutor misses a scheduled session due to an unforeseen technical emergency, a makeup session will be scheduled at the student's convenience.

3. Student & Tutor Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, supportive, and Islamic learning environment. Tutors are expected to be punctual, patient, and polite. Likewise, students and parents are expected to treat instructors with courtesy and respect.

4. Tuition Payments & Cancellations

Monthly tuition fees are paid in advance on a monthly billing cycle. Parents or adult students may pause or cancel enrollment at any time with notice prior to the start of the next billing month.

5. Intellectual Property

Custom curriculum workbooks, Tajweed slide presentations, and academy materials provided during lessons remain the property of Virtual Quran Academy and are provided solely for personal student learning.
